Welcome to our Christmas Tree Farm - where family fun grows 'Inch by Inch'
Back in 2020, during lockdown, we suddenly found ourselves with a bit more time on our hands. Living on 10 acres in Kinloch, we thought, “Why not plant some Christmas trees?”
So we did.
What started with 150 tiny pine seedlings quickly turned into a somewhat bigger family project. There have been rabbits to chase off, hundreds of trees to plant, plenty of pruning, and samurai swords used to shape the trees (yes, really!). It’s been a lot of hard work, but it’s also been a whole lot of fun.
Inch by Inch is our little family Christmas tree farm. It’s relaxed, informal and very much about getting outside, having a wander, finding and cutting the perfect tree.
We love what the farm has become and look forward to welcoming you here this Christmas. Bring the whole family (dog included), have a wander around the trees, take your time and find one that feels just right for your Christmas celebrations.

Fresh Pine Trees
Hand select your perfect tree, and cut it fresh straight from the field.
On select weekends, the fun gets even bigger with a bouncy castle for the kids—because picking the perfect tree should come with a little extra bounce.
Family Fun
Take your time and wander through the rows of trees at your own pace — there’s no rush here. Soak up the fresh country air, feed a friendly chicken or two, and enjoy the simple pleasure of choosing and cutting your perfect tree together.
